Hebrew for “home,” Bayit is an independent organization that gathers together a diverse community of Evanston, Chicago and Skokie children and families at a daily afterschool program that echoes the Jewish summer camp experience.

What's Happening

Innovative Hebrew-infused curriculum, professional staff
Every school day, the warm, welcoming professionals at our positive afterschool program create an environment where children can experience Judaism and Hebrew, build confidence, and develop life-long friendships.

  • ​Located at the UCE in Evanston
  • Meet Monday through Friday
  • 3:00-6:00 PM
  • Children attend 2-5 days/week 
  • Transportation is available daily
